The location is great if you want ti walk around. A kind of difficult if you have a car. Constant traffic and changing lanes to the ond you want makes you hate the location. The front desk ladies are amazing, very kind, polite and always with smile plus ready to assist you if you need anything. It is a 4* hotel but i should say its equal to 1* hotel. Where to begin 😀 1. It is not a hotel for old people or for people with needs. Not wheel chair friendly. And there will be no one to greet you at the door. Guests are the once pulling their heavy luggage out off the taxi to 10 steps hight front door. No probs for young but what about old people or ladies who cannot carry heavy bags?! 2. Parking is another disaster. You will take a token to drive in and then park your car if you are lucky to find a spot as all hotel staff plus next door new building employees are all parking there. Then you need to come to the front door with your heavy luggage and many bags and up & down make your way to the front desk where 1 guy will help you with your million bags! 3. Breakfast. Terrible and dirty. Its a small hotel i think with 39 rooms and maybe with 5 rooms occupied. And the staff doesnt want to do anything for the hotel to look clean and nice. The chairs in the breakfast place are wobbling, tables are not set. If you need a salt you need to look into other tables to find one as no one cares to clean up. Flies are the favorite guests there. And when i complained saying either cover food or get rid of the flies the guy in charge of breakfast place said it is a technical problem 😀Food is always little if you are lucky to find hot food then grab it as no one cares to fill the trays. Kitchen ladies are busy eating in the pantry non stop for 5 days of our stay and the guy in charge kept coming and asking if everything is alright and adding i MUST ask this question its my duty to ask you 😅funny people 4. Rooms wow! With one light kick can break everything. The front door was hanging, pillows i think were there since Soviet times, we asked for a double bed but got joined together twin beds with separate duvet covers, not a single tea spoon in the room for coffee you need to be creative. Cleaners are also the once in the pantry. So i think this hotel is like a shampoo 2 in 1. The front desk will ask you daily if you want the room to be cleaned! Really?! Seriously 4 star hotel?! Entire hotel is outdated and nothing 4*. It is a non star hotel. No one cares to water plants, no one cares to cover the hanging electric wires in the bath room, no one cares to do their job but all of them care to idle, stay outside for a chit-chat, avoid problems or stuff their tummy with free food. I hope i havent forgotten anything. These are all from our observation from last 5 days. Never ever again! It is not a hotel but a motel for a cheap people to come in for fun but not to relax. Shamefully embarrassing place with a good location and view. I dont think that the management will read it as they seem no to care about things but money but i do hope they do something beautiful out if this place.

I m staying for 5 days.The hotel located at the middle of the city. Check- in service is very fast.Breakfast experience is nice veriety of is there. Room was clean and Big. Staff are very helpfull and attentive.

This is a new hotel located right next to the boardwalk. The room was spacious and clean. The staff really tried hard to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast each morning was pretty good....it could of used some variety on different days. But we always left with a full stomach. If you can get a room at a decent price it’s worth a stay!

У отеля очень выгодное расположение, находится он в здании порта. По сути расположение даже выгоднее, чем близлежащие Marriott, Hilton и Radisson. Есть вид на море))) сейчас идёт стройка, но это не помеха. Персонал очень внимательный, заботливый. Завтрак шведский стол. Отель новый, очень чистый. В этом отеле я находилась 2 ночи по работе.

Останавливались в этом отеле с 27.07.18 по 30.07.18. Забронировали за ранее и сообщили о раннем заезде, отель проинформировал, что все возможно решить на месте по приезду, и каково было наше удивление, когда приехав в 4 утра в отель наш номер был занят. В течение нескольких часов решали этот вопрос и нас разместили в двух других свободных номерах до того момента пока не подготовят наш номер. Завтраки по домашнему просты, но есть все чтоб не остаться голодным: яйца вареные, яичница, сосиски, колбаса-ветчина, блинчики, фрукты, орехи, цукаты, йогурт, овощи, хлеб и конечно наисвежайщий, теплый лаваш, вот жаль, что кофе только 3 в одном. Милая повар выходила к столам и спрашивала кто что хочет, резала дыню и арбузы и жарила блинчики с творогом по желанию. так что все по домашнему. Номера чистые, конечно на супер виды из окна рассчитывать не стоит, но не для этого мы туда и приехали. Номера удобные, чистые, холодильник, чайник и чайные принадлежности, белье белоснежное, кровати и подушки удобные все возникающие вопросы решались в три секунды, очень внимательные обслуживающий персонал и менеджер отеля Рауф. Спасибо им большое. Единственное был запах из канализации. С пониманием отнеслись к нашему позднему выезду в 2 часа ночи. Огромное спасибо. Посоветую остановиться в этом отеле: удобно, бюджетно, чисто, мило, по домашнему гостеприимно.
